What is IP69K?
The IP69K rating is designed to address high pressure, high temperature wash down applications. The“6”applies to external protection from dust. The“9”signifies protection from close-range high-pressure spray downs, and the“K”applies to the high temperature of the water used. The IP69K rating was established in 1993 as an extension to the IEC 60529 standard. It was originally intended to be a standard for road vehicles that would provide protection against foreign objects such as dust, dirt, high-pressure water, heat, and inadvertent touch. The IP69K standard requires the water pressure to be between 1160-1450 psi, at a rate of about 4 gallons/minute, and at a temperature of 176ºF.

Easy Installation1. Align the camera to the place above your car's license plate area or any other suitable place and then secure the nuts and bolts in place. 2. Adjust the lens of camera to its best position. 3. Connect the power wire of backup camera to the power of reversing light. 4. Connect the video extension wire of backup camera to the head unit. 5. NB: 1).Remember to seal all the overlap joints with waterproof tapes and use electrical tapes to cover and consolidate all of the connections. 2).If your head unit with a trigger/reversing wire/cable,please connect A to B and C to D well,if not,the head unit will show you a black screen. 6.
