How did you come up with the idea for this product?
As grad students, we often interacted with schoolchildren during neuroscience outreach events. We often wanted to show real "spiking" activity to students, but this was impossible due to the high cost of equipment.
What makes your product special?
Our research tools are the first of their kind. We turned our $40,000 grad school lab equipment into something that everyone can enjoy.
What has been the best part of your startup experience?
The impact we have seen through distributing affordable science equipment around the world.
