Not very sturdy

There were pieces splitting as soon as you screwed them in and there was pieces of wood peeling after a few days. The bench was very flimsy and not sturdy even when put together and screwed down. For the price it is not as quality as it appears. Roughly 8 hrs to put together and the instructions were hard to understand.

Wood splits easily

Cannot with stand an Arizona Summer. Wood is not sturdy. Many pieces split easily even with a predrilled hole. Haven't even had a whole year and there is so many places the wood is splitting. Going to have to tear down. It's unsafe.

Loved the swing. The manufacturer was great about replacing parts that were missing. If yours comes with missing parts, be sure to contact the manufacturer directly because Ironfox customer service said the manufacturer would not send replacement parts!

For 800 it wasnt worth it. This is a solid 4 to 450 swing. 1 month after install boards are coming loose. It creaks and pops and our son is only 41lbs. But it works and looks great.
