We take a salt cured pork skin with the fat melted off and kettle cook it in pure olive oil. With the fat content of potato chips, but no carbs and a significant amount of protein, Pork Clouds are an excellent, carb-free alternative to other snack foods. The final crisp is so light and fluffy we call it a Cloud. Crisps are seasoned with Malabar Black Pepper, which provides a deliciously savory and slightly spicy taste profile.
