Doctors wanted me to get liver, bladder, and gut tested and for what? they didn't even know. I saved myself a lot of grief, stress and pain, and of course the cost. Schwartz brings it all into perspective and he deserves a lot of credit for doing so. Big business today is all about taste and saving money at the cost of our health. MSG'S are toxins that effect us all differently and they are in all foods in one way or another. Don't believe it, keep on eating it(foods with MSG'S) and don't read this book or others like it. POISONS, POISONS, POISONS.
Thank You Dr. Schwartz, Dr Blaylock(health and nutrition secrets) and many other people who bring out the truth about health and nutrition...
The rise in ADD, Migraines, Seizures, Neurolinguistic processing issues, Autism, Parkinson's, Alzheimers, Breast Cancer, and ALS is linked to food additives that break down into free amino acids that can pass through the blood brain barrier and in some instances promote neuron death. See also Dr. Russel Blaylock's book Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills, with a forward by Dr. Schwartz. Both of these physicians are of the highest caliber and their works, precise and beyond important.
