ONE WEEK IN AND IT'S WORKING GREAT!!

I waited until I was half way through the 14 days to write this review. This is the first time I have tried a detox tea or any detox for that matter. I want to start by saying it arrived on time without damage to the product or box.

I am a 44 year old elementary school teacher. I changed my diet and exercise routine four months ago and have lost 18.2 lbs. Although I was very pleased with myself I felt bloated and exhausted at the end of my school day. I walk 4 - 5 miles a day and drink 75 ounces of water each day as well.

I began on a Sunday in case there were any adverse reactions, like having to run to the bathroom frequently. I did go more often but not much more. No cramping or discomfort.

The taste - I am quite picky and have never been a tea drinker in the past but I paid for it so I was going to drink it. The best description I can give is Lipton unsweetened sun tea. It was shocking at first but now a week into it I barely notice the taste at all.

I have noticed that I have more energy toward the end of my day. In the morning I drink a protein shake and do not feel it is a sufficient meal to drink the detox tea with. I wait until recess (10:30) when I eat an Icelandic yogurt and fresh fruit before I brew and drink the tea. I teach until 4:00 daily and am usually exhausted by the time I get home. I have noticed that I am able to continue teaching with more energy and enthusiasm then before (thats huge!).

Weight - Now remember, I've already changed my eating habits and have been exercising prior to drinking this tea so nothing changed other than drinking the tea. From Friday to Friday I lost 3 pounds! (Excited cheers)

Before you say it was all water weight you should know that I thought the same thing. But I have a scale that measures BMI, Water Weight and Muscle Mass and it recorded my water weight as 49.6 when I began and 50.1 after my first week. (Please see photos)

I have not bloated even though it was the week before my cycle. I feel better all around. My jeans are not as tight and my yoga pants are definitely looser than I'd like them to be (time to shop).

One thing I need to research is whether I can only drink the tea two weeks a month or if I can continue using this tea daily. Is there another tea that is daily? I will continue looking and update should I find viable answer.

I hope this helps. (Sorry for the lengthy post but I appreciate thorough posts when it comes online purchases)

I'm still not sure how this product works, but it does. I was looking into a detox and I narrowed it down to two, here's why I went with this one and why so far I am happy with the results: 1. It's not a laxative, I don't need to take time off work to use this product. 2. There is no fasting on this detox. 3. The price was right. 4. This is not loose tea, it comes in teabags. 5. I read the reviews, people said the flavor was good.

I am on day 7 of this detox. The first 3 days, each time I drank this tea, I did not feel so hot. Not horrible, just 'off'. I almost stopped drinking it....but, it was working. My stomach began to shrink and I actually felt lighter. Probably not a noticeable difference to anyone else, but I noticed that stubborn areas like my muffin top were almost melting away. It sounds like a commercial, but I'm using these terms for lack of a better description. All around, my whole stomach are felt tighter. This product truly gets rid of bloat and water weight. I am female and especially around that time of the month, I blow up like a balloon. I had NONE of those symptoms this month, if nothing else, I will continue drinking this tea each month for that sole purpose, but, that's not all it did. I love when a product performs better than anticipated and this product nailed it. I already have 2 friends that have ordered their teatox based on my recommendation and I'm excited to hear how excited they are about their results. I'm going on a cruise in a month and wanted something to jumpstart me into a workout routine, kind of a last month workout before I leave. Sooo happy I tried this product, so happy with the results. I was very skeptical too, because the ingredients seem all natural and there are really no instructions with the package, so here it is in a nutshell... Wake up, drink one cup of tea, watch your waistline snap back into shape. Enjoy!!

Update on this tea.... I just ordered my second bag, this curbs my munchies cravings at my desk job all day long and helps keep me on my diet. I'm in love with this tea!!!
