I participate in many social media baking groups, and there are endless conversations about cakes not coming out of pans, with almost as many conversations about what to use to prevent sticking. I, and my 200 bundt and fancy pans, stand by this. The key is to spray THEN BRUSH into EVERY tiny crevice. Spray, then brush thoroughly. You can get by just spraying, but you'll use far more spray that way, and if your pan has a complex design, as mine do, you'll need to tilt and turn the pan to cover it as thoroughly as required. So spray and brush.

After several attempts at making Bundt cakes with normal tin greasing methods, and the cakes not coming out in one piece, I thought I should take the plunge and give this spray a try.

It’s not the cheapest stuff to buy, but it’s worth every penny - I didn’t even have to tap the tin when I turned the cake out! Tears of joy!! And a perfectly baked Bundt cake. The tin contains hundreds of sprays, so should work out quite economical in the long run.

Definitely an essential for Bundt tins!
