Cupcakes are such a handy thing to make. Everyone loves them, they are portable and this book makes them fun and elegant. There are some master recipes such as; white, yellow, carrot cake. Symbols are a real help: quick to make, keep well, fun to make with kids, and extra fancy.
Directions and help are given on every page and pictures for each cupcake are shown. Resources for the US are included; measurement equivalents and an index are in the book.
For some you really need patience and some artistic flare. Some have an awful lot of icing, but you could always add- less. We have really loved the lemon meringue cupcakes and the ice cream cone cupcakes.
This is a book that is fun and creative and will make a cupcake lover out of you.
