I came across this product because someone in the comments of a recipe online said it was a game changer for them. I thought seriously, $15+ dollars for 2 cans of cooking spray? You’ve got to be kidding me. It was completely worth it and I would tell anyone who is picking up baking to add this to their arsenal of cooking tools. It doesn’t mess with the flavor at all, and it makes removing baked goods from the pan a breeze. I’ve used it on scones, cakes, and flatbreads.
