I love the intro and the nostalgic bakes section which has some old favourites that I remember from my own childhood. I’ve made the coconut traybake several times already and it’s a winner.
I think this book is one that I will actually use over and over again. I’ m delighted with my purchase.
There are a very high proportion of recipes here that I can imagine cooking. Some classics - like a chocolate cake - but a good number of new things/flavours to try. I've already made myself very popular with the family by making the white baps. Better than any bakery bread rolls!
