Makes very cute loaves - great for gifting. Even though the pan was non-stick, I still used a light coating of spray oil that contained flour , just to be sure things turned out of the pan very cleanly.

This Baker's Secret 8-hole square muffin (or mini-loaf) pan is great. It conducts heat extremely well, so baking is even and quick. I made cranberry-blueberry muffins with almond meal mixed into the flour, which can be heavy if the mixture is over worked, so I folded the liquid in as lightly as possible. Delighted with the results - the muffins rose very well in my fan forced oven. The pan is like new after washing and I used a nylon brush which easily took every speck off the non stick surface. Easy, just like it says on the label. It's no secret: I'm telling everyone my muffins are great because of my new pan.

I had a similar pan that was a hand-me-down and had seen better days. Not to mention, it was too small for baking bread. When I started finding tempting bread recipes, I knew I'd need a new pan. After carefully reviewing my options, I chose this one.

What an excellent choice! The pan is solid, well-constructed, and has a finish that is a dream to clean.

The breads I've made - from white to banana - come out perfectly browned and never stick. Clean-up isn't much more than a swish-and-wipe in hot, soapy water.

Just what I hoped it would be.

I got this for a banana bread recipe, and even though it is non-stick, I did use some spray and flour on the inside of it. It cooked beautifully, and didn't stick even in the slightest. It seems to be a solid pan overall - I would not recommend putting any nonstick bakeware or cookware in the dishwasher, as it does pit and scratch the surface, but this is easy to clean in the sink. It has not warped, though I've only had it for a few days and used it twice. Obviously, I haven't had it long enough to notice any issues with rusting, so I can't give an opinion about that. I did notice the same thing as someone else that the "handles" are a little small if you use large fat oven mitts, but that seems to be the only drawback. If you're a college student, just out of college, or just starting on your own and need some cook- and bakeware (or even if you're an established cook, but need a pan for a new recipe, and don't know that you'll be using it often enough to justify buying an expensive one), this seems to be a fine place to start as it is nonstick and very affordable.

Exactly what I was looking for in a mini-loaf, non-stick baking pan for my budding banana & pumpkin loaf bread making! Sure, I still hit the bottoms with cooking spray, but the loaves cool quickly, are easy to extract, and a snap to cleanup. One gotcha tho - do not leave this pan submerged in water for extended periods...since the finish is dark I have found they will rust over time. Maybe the manufacturer will dispute, but that's my own experience. Heck, you can leave it on the counter for 2 days and it still cleans up easily.

In my opinion a good nonstick baking pan does not need to be sprayed with cooking spray to prevent sticking. This one definitely did. It's a well-built pan, though, and makes cute sized loaves.

I have been so satisfied with these pans that I now have five. I use them to bake bread and nothing ever sticks. Just spray the pans and your bread will slid right out. I had used other pans and always had a problem with my bread sticking even after spraying with oil. The large size is just perfect for a nice large loaf of bread. Don't wash them often, just wipe out after using. I have yet to have any rusting problem with any of them even after washing them. You should always place the pans back in your oven for a minute or two after washing to make sure they are nice and dry before storing. That technique has always kept my pans from rusting. I would recommend these pans, so far I have not found anything better for my bread.

We've had not difficulty with cleaning or chipping of this pan (unlike some of the other reviewers). We use it regularly for gift giving. Makes lovely mini gingerbread and cranberry loaves around the holidays. This year will plan for pumpkin bread and corn bread at Thanksgiving. We simply spray pan with non-stick spray prior to baking and clean with a non-abrasive cloth following. Expect it to last for years to come.
