Having gone to a Physical therapist and using one of their specialized balls for low back pain, I ordered this ball so that I could do my exercises at home. I found many balls listed for "Physical therapy" "excercise" that were more expensive. I personally can't find any difference between this ball and the more expensive ones. Just wish the inflation hole was different. I used my air compressor to blow it up. They did provide a foot pump, just didn't want to stomp for an hour.

The balance ball comes in a small package with a pump and a measuring tape to ensure proper inflation. My husband did me the favor of pumping it up with his air compressor so I didn’t have to use the included foot pump. He was impressed with the measuring tape.

I am impressed with the thickness and the size. I use it as a mobile chair in my classroom so that I’m able to sit and talk with my students at table level.

Honestly, I also love to just sit on it and bounce. It’s great for relieving stress and building my core while having fun.

So far it is exactly what I was looking for and I hope that I can use it to help with upper back mobility issues.

My husband used his air compressor instead of the pump and saved himself about 10 years of his life.

Also note, the XXL is BIG. I wasn’t sure what size I needed and probably should’ve gone with the XL. For reference, I’m 5’10” and we had to deflate it a bit for it to fit me better. So far, so good after deflating it a smidge.
