This is a great game possibly my favorite. Instead of rehashing on what others have said I will point out one additional unique thing I loved about the game. It succeeds in getting your imagination churning. The game world maintains a sense of mystery that makes you wonder what imaginative adventure will come your way next. The quests are varied and for the most part you will not find your generic quests here. Some side quests feel very epic and were very memorable and left me feeling gratified in the same way a good story leaves you with a smile.
The game had a lot of heart felt work put into it and it really comes through in the games many adventures that have left me with a lasting impression. The nostalgia coming up from writing this review alone brings a smile to my face. With that said I have read a some negative reviews and realize this game might not be for everyone.... blasphemy I know! This game if you are looking for something new and know nothing about it is a bit slower paced than your typical RPG these days. It's also more thought provoking and has much more story to tell too. I want to say if you fit into the crowd that likes to kick back relax (no button mashing here) and get immersed into an RPG that's more about atmosphere and story then this is a game for you. It's truly a game that was masterfully made and will stand the test of time.
