i wrote a review noting that 3 days before the jars should have arrived the seller said they were lost in transit. i noted that the jars were still advertised on the site at a much higher price. i also said that the ad showed and american flag and the company was called "veterans" but as their email to me displayed a distinctly foreign english.
i have had a second email from "veterans" telling me how they have improved their shipping procedures for the benefit of valued customers like me. they asked if i would please rescind my review as it was hurting their business. i suggested that instead i would write another bad review. that would be because, valued customer that they say i am, i still have no canning jars!
