After following the cleaning instructions and never dropping the item. the cup is deep cracks on the inside. Loved the design but it does not hold up well

Lid leaks but otherwise cute mug

Nice mug but you can’t drink with the lid on because it leaks. Sometimes more leaking than other times - I’ve tried various ways of tightening or loosening and it still leaks. Oh well. It’s still a fun mug.
