I was hooked from page one and couldn't put it down! Winter is a wonderful story teller and her characters get under my skin and I feel all their emotions, I laughed, cried, yelled at my kindle, lusted and drenched my panties! She is one of the few authors I buy all her new books without knowing what it is about because I have loved all her books and am sure I will not be disappointed. I am going to be sad if this is the end of the Jensen brothers!
Kurt helped Leelee out by marrying her when she needed help but she thought it was only on paper, he knew different but did what she asked and left , but when he needs her the most she is there and they both can not deny the attraction they have and once that match is lit the whole place will burn with how hot their passion and love is.
Plot: This whole series has a great storyline with street racing as the base that connects all three. With each brother having their own obstacles to overcome. This story line revolves around judgment, miscommunication, jumping to conclusions, miscommunication, pride, miscommunication, finding one's own way and of course miscommunication. Love how the story went to the past to fill us in but it didn't stay there the whole book.
Characters : I love Leelee as a character. She's strong, independent, loyal, loving but still has that vulnerable side. She's a woman in a man's world, that knows how to hold her own but still needs someone to lean on. She jumps to conclusions and screws things up between her and Kurt. She's trying to fix it but just doesn't know how. When the opportunity pops up she jumps on it. Now Kurt was a little offputting for me because I felt he was a little childish. But he did show growth within this book. I understood his feelings and what he was trying to say to his brothers. I just didn't feel that he said it or did it the right way. But he does love Leelee and when he pulls his head out of his butt it seems that he goes for what he wants and fights for it.
Overall this was a great read and if you haven't read the first two I highly suggest it and if you have then I probably don't have to tell you twice go buy this book. You won't regret it.
