Editorial Reviews
The album presents 12 original tracks created to evoke iconic locations within D&D's most
famous setting, the Forgotten Realms. Each track serves as an aural homage to the rich lore
and enchanting adventures that have defined D&D for half a century. Whether you're a
long-time fan or new to the Realms, this album invites you to be inspired by D&D’s iconic
heroes, villains, cities and dragons.
The new album provides a sweeping tour of the Sword Coast sure to ignite listener
imaginations. Composer Michael Gatt, co-producer Jeremy Jarvis, and visual artistic director AJ
Hanneld’s real-life odyssey across the world bring unexpected instruments, otherworldly
textures, and a spellbinding 40-person choir to the record.

- Reviewed in the United States on November 18, 2024The music works great as background for D&D sessions. Love the idea of having different pieces for the many regions in the Forgotten Realms. And a big thank you to Amazon.com for the excellent packaging: this vinyl came in a dedicated vinyl cardboard box which was then placed inside a larger box to prevent dings and dents. Great packing Amazon! Two thumbs up for the vinyl and for Amazon packing.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 8, 2024We preordered it as a gift for a friend who loves both gramophone records and D&D - bard theme is just a bonus! A beautiful thing!

- Reviewed in the United States on February 12, 2025It's shockingly neat of a idea and the effort put in to make it stand out in the world of gernic fantasy music is nice. When you read the booklet that comes with it explains the musical part of each song and how it fits in with the fantasy area it's from in the forgotten realms. It's something I don't think I would pick up on with out reading the booklet but its neat detail to make the music stand out a bit more. I do only have a issue with it basically being somewhat short feeling for the price, its 1 and a half vinyls basically. A full double sided than a one sided vinyl.
