Worthless, get productivity app instead

We spent a LOT of time ourselves trying to figure this out. The instructions are non-existent, there is literally a single line drawing. My husband works in IT and still couldn't figure it out. They have no live tech support, no chat, just email and we couldn't spend a whole day going back and forth. We finally get a zoom phone call scheduled, had to wait days for the first availability and first, they tell us that it won't work with our wifi extenders. Then they tell us it will work, but we have to buy a network switch, then when it STILL doesn't work, that's when they tell us that oh, oops, it is not compatible with our router. Our very standard router from Verizon. Does it say ANYWHERE that you need to check your router for compatibility? Nope. No list that I could find. So we have now spent HOURS trying to get this thing to work and I'm pretty irritated. I ask them to credit our account for the price of this WORTHLESS device, to offset the aggravation and time lost. That's a hard no. I get that we bought it from Amazon and not them, and that I can return it to Amazon, but Amazon is not the one who screwed up, Bark is. I went and bought a productivity software - one you buy to keep yourself from logging into certain sites during the work day - for the same price and it was up and running in 2 minutes.

One of my kids keep turning off the vpn on her phone and getting around the Bark controls so Bark recommended I buy this device because it controls the vpn at the router level. I used it fir about 3 hours and it slowed my WiFi connection down so bad. I run a home based business and the decreased speeds were detrimental to my productivity.
