They're very hard and crunchy as anyone who has had fried plantains will be familiar with and they an interesting macronutrient distribution: 9g of fat (from the coconut oil) and 17g of carbs with no protein. They also surprisingly have no sugar listed so it's basically all starch. They're not afraid of salt, which I love.
