One day I was making prosciutto snacks and there were 20 yellow jacket bees hovering around me, it was scarey, as soon as I put the snacks in the bag they left the area!
We had our day snacks and sandwiches and sunscreen in one of the medium bags as well, in the outside pocket of the backpacks.
A couple of notes: we got a small hole in the day snacks bag, so need to watch out for things that have sharp corners. Also the weight is more that I would have wanted but it makes them more sturdy.
The only downside is that these bags come with clips that are super easy to lose. The clips are used to hold the top of the bag which you've rolled up closed by clamping down on either side, I wish they either came with more spares or had replacement clips available for purchase. Other than that they work as advertised and are about as simple as a product can be.
I think that I will need to start using two more bags soon, but I don't think that they were designed to use them as I have been or as much as I have. If you are trying to odor proof something, this is definitely something that you should consider incorporating into your system. I don't need them to be so large, but they are so that's nice if you're stowing something with volume.

They worked for my human nose. The clips are a little too big for a good closure though, I had to fold the bag's opening onto itself to tie it properly.Published 15 days ago by FP
