This is the story of Bassett-Lowke the man and company that introduced high quality model railway engines into the UK.
The book is s bit short on personal details of the man but as a showpiece of the models that his companies turned out it has no equal. My second-hand copy of the book was delivered swiftly and it was, as the seller, described a good clean tight copy. I am using the book regularly at the moment and I have no doubt that the book will not deteriorate in any way. A truly good buy.
