As Bruce trains for his return to Gotham, Jean Paul goes off the deep as his mind starts to break from the pressure of being Gotham's savior. With help from a deadly assassin, Bruce returns to form after a series of tests and defeats Jean Paul, once again taking on the mantle of Batman. It's a fantastic conclusion to a fantastic series.

So I recall when I started reading Knightfall, I was incredibly impressed with the first volume, it was up and down after that, but this volume was pretty solid and easy to read through. The best part was having the real Batman back, and I thought the resolution was interesting and different enough to feel earned given all the events that preceded it. Also, a moment of a good recap of what Azreal accomplished as the Batman, but in the end, the correct one is back to claim the mantle. Looking forward to Prodigal next.

Valley and Wayne struggle for the right to be the Batman, leaving Gotham City's Police Department wondering who to trust. As Nightwing returns to help his old friend, the battle reaches its climax.

Covers events already shown in 'Batman: Knightfall, Vol. 3: Knightsend'. An important book, with great art and an interesting plot.

If you're a fan of Batman, this series is for you. A classic story that's now been told in books/movies and graphic novel. If you can pick up the series (8 books in total) it is worth it!
