The story is actually a novella, too short for a regular book. It is fairly well edited, only saw "roo" for "room," that I can remember. Also uses "ground" for "floor," but then this generation does not appear to know the difference. The three stars says it's okay, probably more so if you like zombie stories with other, attacking, insane groups thrown in.
It is about two brothers caught up in a Zombie Apocalypse! The older brother is a former
Marine and both brothers have a gun culture and religious upbringing. The author is a
self-proclaimed Jesus Freak and follower of the Way, so there is a religious overtone
to the story; if this is a problem for you - to bad - you will be missing a lot of well done

In the back of the book, there is mention of a possible longer installment with book three. For the sake of readers, I hope that is true. As a reader, I ditch out when I realize the 'books' are really just half books. For reference, the number of pages of Book 1 and 2 could have easily just been one book with one cost.
In all, there is continued death - both for zombies and evil humans (and maybe survivors, too...but I'm not giving anything away!).
3.3 of 5 stars. It is a quick read and entertaining.
