My eyes are usually red and uncomfortable from contact lenses, allergies and gardening's dust and sun. I love this way this eye wash instantly soothes all irritation! It's the same feeling you'd get from putting a cool, damp washcloths on a sunburn.( But in your eyes, which don't usually like washcloths in them ) I use it when I wake up to clear my eyes before putting in my contacts, and in the afternoon or evening.
Though there is no ingredient in them that reduces redness, like Visine, my eyes seems less red because the cause of the irritation is removed. It comes with a cup that you fill to a pre-marked line. You then place it over your ( open ) eye, lean your head back and roll your eye around for a few seconds. Blessed relief!

Does exactly what it is supposed to do, and safe for both humans and dogs

This eye wash does exactly what it is supposed to do - provide a sterile, safe, eye wash solution to clean eyes and provide relief from irritation. I actually use this for both my dog, and myself. I purchased it at a local drugstore for my dog specifically, as he had some eye irritation, and his ophthalmologist said that this would be safe to use to gently wash his eye once or twice a day. But I have since used it for myself also, when I had red, irritated eyes from uncomfortable contacts.Recently over a weekend I took out my contacts and wore glasses the entire weekend, to give my irritated eyes a break. I used this eye wash a couple of times per day, which really helped improve the irritation. The product comes with a small cup you can use to wash your eyes with, but I have lost it, so my photos don't show it. I didn't need the cup, but appreciated that it was included in the box.
