I was very disappointed. I've had dozens of Jewelers loupes over the years, that I use for watches, jewelry, and micro electronics. Mostly $2 cheap plastic ones made in China. I thought with a name like Bosch and Lomb, and the lens being made out of glass instead of plastic, that I would be in for an optical treat. No such luck. Even though it says "distortion free" on the box, the image is quite distorted, with the focusing point only being near the middle of the lens. The rest of the image has a fisheye effect and is out of focus. Check out the attached picture. It's virtually useless. I'm returning it and getting a few cheap plastic ones.
