One was one the drawers were in place they wouldn't stay on the tracks and there no real way you can build these wrong as everything is pre drilled or as in this case the slides/tracks are already in stalled. So Had to shim both and also had to re drill and mount the tracks to align the drawer fonts (not related to the problem with guides fall of the tracks.
The other issue was that it already sagging so very slightly under its own weight due to the lack of support (center) from the floor, No center bracing or framing on the bottom board and only 4 wheels, 1 at each corner, So I went down to the home center and purchased 6 wheels, probably could have just added one, but decided on adding two. I couldn't find a match for the wheel height so I just purchased six and in stalled them.
Now that I have had this unit for a month or so, it seems to be doing ok and is serving the purpose that I purchased the unit for. I wish it was made of better materials, but I suppose for this price range you can't expect much! At least it went together ok and didn't fall apart when flipped over while putting the thing together.
I may frame out the bottom if I have more time for better support and improved height of a couple inches, which I could use to match up to my current counter height.
This is a good looking kitchen cart. It looks nice in our space. Other reviews commented that there was no back - this was not my experience. The back of the cart is covered by a thin board, so the version I have would work fine as an island. I put this together myself in about 2 hours. The surface is large and a decent depth, so it will be nice as an additional prep surface.
First, the quality is not great. I've seen this product sold elsewhere for $400+ , and if I had paid that much I would have sent it back in a second. The board on the back is flimsy, one of the doors won't hang right, and I didn't notice until it was totally assembled that the runner for one of the drawers was badly bent- to the point that I couldn't get it on. I am hoping Amazon will send a replacement part, but at this point returning it is not an option.
Second, this product is not effective for storage. The drawers don't open enough, and they are very shallow compared to the overall depth of the piece. I planned to put a cutlery organizer in there, but forget it- it's too shallow. And, because they don't open far, you can't easily get to things in the back of the drawer. I could get a few items into the shelves, so these were better than the drawers.
Other reviews pointed out to watch for the back panels when assembling.Read more ›
This cart arrived with some defective parts and I had to have a second one sent to me to find replacement parts and send one back with the defective parts. Amazon.com paid for the shipping.
However, the price jumped to $250 then maybe 4 stars for that price.

Great value for what we needed. First shipment one box was missing. Seller sent call tag and reshipped right away. Easy to assemble if you've done that sort of thing.Published 2 months ago by alicia l.
It would've been nice if they put labels on all the parts and the different screws in separate plastics. It could've saved me time. Read morePublished 2 months ago by lois13
Cons: It suits all of my needs, but isn't well made. It took me a little over an hour to put this together. It wasn't really difficult, but the doors do not stay closed. Read morePublished 16 months ago by Candice Higham
