The bay shore collection half moon/round hall table with center drawer is perfect for entry ways or hallways which need a place to say hello. First the good news. The drawer in this lovely piece comes pre assembled. No rails to assemble and no drawers to build. Now the style news. The convenient center drawer is the perfect spot for need to have accessories ready when you're on the go. A great spot to put the keys, cell phone, the mail or a beautiful potted plant. The table measures 32.5-Inch height by 23.5-Inch wide by 11.7-Inch deep. The table is finished in espresso. Assembly is easily done in under 30 minutes. Made from china maple, a renewable resource. China maple is not a cheaper soft wood which easily dents and scratches. China maple, in the same family as american maple, is a hardwood heavy, dense and durable. This set will last for years and with proper care look as good as new long after you get it home.

Edit: I bumped up my review to a 3 star. It does look nice sitting in my hallway. It is cheap wood tho, and hard to put together. The wood screws for attaching the bottom shelf would not go into the particle board that it's made of. (yes, the bottom shelf is particle board (maybe with a veneer). I had to predrill bigger holes to get them in properly. I think the legs are solid wood. Parts of the upper are particle board too, as I banged it around a bit while trying to assemble, so I can see where some of it split off. Definitely not all real wood.
