After all, who wants to waste years with Freudian therapists who provide no guidance, but collect high fees for many years, when you can sit down with Dr. Judy or her team and resolve your problems in weeks?
I have watched the development of this therapy and the book for a decade or more.
If you want to improve your life and your relationships, read the book, it's short, easy to understand - and will remove a weight off your shoulders.

-The book is self-published. I must pay closer attention to that in the future because I have yet to see a self-published book that is done professionally. There are many typos and punctuation errors, and stylistic things that are distracting. I really, really dislike self-published books for the lack of professional editing, proofreading, typesetting, etc.
-I expected to go through this Mind Map system and heal my pain. Instead, I read about the theory of the Mind Map system and a few examples of Judy's patients, but there is no practical way to achieve progress on your own. There needs to be a workbook or accompanying system so that one can put the system into action instead of just reading about theory.
