Really good read!
Not The Doctor
Connection, kindness, passion and hope are the foundation of this story. Well written short story about two men sharing a longing for each other that had only been separated by a wall. Perceptions of self can sometimes keep us away from the best things. Kai and Joe figure-out the depth of their connection and find that they share a passion that makes life worth it.
A Sunday Kind of Love
Chemistry, connection and hope. Jake and Mason both have had their hearts broken by life, one by loss and another by violence. Both men find a powerful connection and possibilities with each other. i found this story engaging and well written. The MC's both had compelling life stories that made me cheer for their HEA.
Two very sweet short stories, about older men finding love. As I said, these stories are very short, and were a very quick read.
However, despite this Ms Coty has managed to cover a !it of ground. The MCs in both stories are obviously made for each other, and both are ultimately heartwarming tales of lonely people finding their soulmates.
Both of the stories are well written, the relationships being the focus of the book, worth a read. 3 and a half stars.
I was given an ARC to review by the author.
