About the Author
Fiona Harrold was brought up in Northern Ireland. From an early age, with the encouragement of her father, she immersed herself in the world of self-improvement. Since leaving Northern Ireland in the early eighties, she has single-handedly masterminded her own re-invention several times, transforming herself from political activist to New Age therapist to PR and Life Coach. She now runs a hugely successful Life Coaching agency, and is one of the most high-profile Life Coaches in the country. She regularly appears on TV (This Morning, Lorraine Live and a BBC Cutting Edge documentary) and other media. She is Eve magazine's resident life coach.

She gives some examples of "real people" who have overcome obstacles, too - the book on its own may not replace a real Life Coach, but it's got some practical ideas and approaches to situations which can help your life take a new direction, if you're willing to act on them.
All the thought provoking and inspiring information you could possibly want from a coach.
I love how Fiona inspires to work on your progress through the exercises she delegates throughout.
The real life examples help put much of the information into perspective.
Truly a gem to read.
