The download is a little difficult and complex. First one has to download onto a laptop with windows 7 or above per Amazon. Which is sad. I have a laptop and have not used it for years. Had to find it and prayed it had windows 7 or above. Second the instructions or lack thereof direction to install and work is dubious to say the very least. Quick phone chat with beachbody and help from thier reps explaining I did not have to download to laptop is great. With detailed instructions from rep we have success to download on ipads, apple tv, iphone and whatever other device. Note. Apple tv will not provide workout program schedule but ipad will. Note 2. Create an account with beachbody first before you download this BOD from amazon. This will help extensively in linking license. Will be streaming a workout tomm and update.
June 4, 2018, update: I have several dvd collections from beachbody and in my humble opinoin streaming is excellent and less complicated then dvds. Furthermore, multiple choice of workouts and trainers at your fingertips. Excellent, Fantastic. Have streamed multiple workouts. Streaming beachbody workout is definitely my method of choice. Good luck with installing.

Can use BOD across devices, anywhere

I am writing this review from my wife's account. I am a 50 year old male. We have subscribed to BOD for about two years. I have been doing Beachbody's p90x3 for 2.5 years, ie, using DVDs before we got the service. I now only use the service across devices, laptops with Windows and Chromebook, to tablets, and both my personal Samsung s8 on Sprint and work iPhone 7 on AT&T. At home, I only use my TCL Roku TV which includes a BOD app. We only use it for this. I love it.Using BOD, I have completed many 4-month p90x3 sessions, one Insanity, a bunch of the Goga Studio workouts, altbough p90x3 YogaX is my go-to favorite, and I am now two weeks into my 4th straight month of doing Corps de Force, mixed with at least one p90x3 The Challenge so I do not lose my ability to do pullups. I have also tried a bunch of the daily challenge workouts, which lead me to try Insanity and Corps de Force. I am committed to completing six months of it and then transitioning to something else.In every case, I print out and follow the daily calendars that Beachbody publishes. I also.submit my monthly progress stats a photo. The calendars have a nice mix of routines so you do not overexercise muscles. Easy peasy.My wife has not been as enthusiastic or successful as I have. She complained until recently that there are not enough interesting and fun workouts for a 50 year old woman. Until recently. To be fair to Beachbody, this is the first program she has continued to use for two years now, albeit inconsistent. She has used it far more times at home than she ever went to the gym.I have used BOD traveling for work, pleasure, etc, whereever there is an internet connection. My only gripe is I cannot download say a week of routines if I know I will not have internet access. I could use my old 90x3 DVDs, but I am SOL for Corps de Force. I also recently went fishing way up north where I had a weak signal but could not stream. That was a bummer.Re my fitness, I have lost all the blubber I wanted to, and I am definitely way stronger. I have branched out to jogging and cycling. I can now run hours like Forest Gump. I am not sure what my limit is. I am also biking my heavy mountain bike on three hour rides. I can kayak and easily keep up with my experienced son and friends. In short, I feel like I am 22.I cannot wait for what is next.
