I tried returning this product but it is not allowing me to. I bought Beachwaver for my vacation and never got a chance to try it out because it never worked. When I plugged it in, it didn't even turn on and lights were blank. I tried to return this product sooner but was away since I bought it back in June. Please let me know if it's possible to return this product. I would really appreciate your feedback.

I read the complaints about the "error 4" issues and decided to try this anyway. The first one I received had error issues right off the bat. I would do a couple curls and get a message, turn off, do a couple curls and the same. So I registered the product and then emailed Beachwaver with my problem. They immediately sent out a prepaid return label for me to send back the defective one. I mailed that one and it got back to Beachwaver the NEXT day! They promptly sent me a new one which I received in just a few days and so far....this one is FABULOUS! No issues at all. I gave this 5 stars for Beachwaver's level of customer service..and the iron is so easy to use and gives you beautiful waves. And no, this isn't Ronald..it's his wife. ;-)

It's unfortunate because it worked for a few minutes and I was able to get a few good curls in, but then I just got an error message and it wouldn't work. I returned it and got another one from Ulta and the same thing happened. I read reviews and a lot of people seem to have the same problem. It's so easy to use and the curls were beautiful, but so far 2 of the ones I purchased were defective.

It took me three tries to really get the hang of this iron and like the end product. It does take some getting used to and it helps to use product in your hair to help keep the curls. With the clamp being so small it takes me a bit longer to curl my hair (I have to use smaller sections of hair) than a regular sized clamp but the curls come out nice and I like the auto rotation of the iron. Second day curls are awesome as well. Overall, good product.

Love this - my new favorite styling tool! I'm not really good at creating beach waves in my hair despite watching numerous tutorial videos online, but this curling iron is amazing! Easy to use after a few tries & makes pretty waves! I got the S1.25 which is a 1 1/4 inch barrel since I have long hair & like voluminous curls vs. tight ones. I've tried other auto rotating irons, but this one is the best! The motor is better & has power. It has 2 speed settings. The slow spin actually has good speed & probably all that you need. I like that there's a Home button that returns the clamp back to the start/front position. The Pro doesn't have this feature. The curling iron is constructed of good material & not cheap. For the price that you pay, just wish it came with a travel pouch or holder too.

Hopeful this would work on the thick hair- it makes more classical curls than beach waves (even doing online tutorials) and on highest setting and hair stay- curl only holds for 45 minutes. This is typical for my hair but I would hope at this price, it’d do better

I am SO IN LOVE with this. I have a nightmare of a time using a regular curling iron (I drop it, burn my fingers, can't get the hair to curl correctly, etc) and this fixed all of that! I used to spend 30-50 minutes trying to (poorly) curl my hair and this product allows me to curl my hair and have it look good in less than 15 minutes!

I noticed a lot of reviews complain about curl not holding, but you should always use hairspray and a mousse or curl cream. I've also never had to hit the 'home' button to curl the next strand, I just adjust my hand. I didn't have much of a learning curve at it, it was SUPER easy to use!

I loved this curling iron when I purchased. It worked great but now it shows and error message and won't stay on. I followed the instructions for the error message on the beach waver website but it hasn't helped. I'm torn bc I really like the product when it worked and would like another one. I'm worried bc it was pretty expensive and the next one may do the same thing...
