The glue fused the fabric together almost immediately so I could hang it. I could still adjust it as needed, but it didn't come loose from the rod. The glue did not bleed through the fabric and is completely invisible. I have the clean smooth appearance for the backing that I'd hoped for. The old bookshelf looks much richer with the backing and I can still access the cords as needed.
My friend makes darling greeting cards for seniors in residential facilities and uses the glue extensively to affix clever foam, paper or fabric shapes to the card stock to express her theme. She also makes lots of costumes for her grandchildren and decorates extensively for holidays.Read more ›
I love the "instant grab" and quick dry, yet still able to move it around to get in the right place if I need to. I like that it's clear. I love the fact that if I get it on my fingers I can just rub them together until the glue rolls off. And if I get on my project I can also use an adhesive remover (rubber eraser) and it takes it right off (or just rub it off with my fingers).
I have read the reviews that gave low ratings and I have never had the problems they describe...and I have used many bottles over the past 4 years.
I would imagine everyone knows how take care of things, but here is some advice for those that might not. If you get glue on the nozzle (tip) wipe it off with you fingers, NOT paper or paper towel as it will stick to the nozzle and make a mess. Put the cap on as soon as you are done using it. Store upright at room temperature. If you are having problems with having to squeeze to hard to get the glue out or that it doesn't come out fast enough for you....cut the tip down a little further (just a LITTLE at a time until you get the flow you want). You don't have to use a lot like you might with other glues....use it sparingly (this will also eliminate the problem of it oozing out from around the edges of your project).
I like this better than hot glue, Mod Podge, Elmer's, or other liquid glues or glue sticks. It is my "go to" glue. I can trust it and never worry about whether it is going to hold or not. I highly recommend it.
1. It does not buckle the paper like product that are wetter.
2. I would like to be able to control the flow better. Yes I cut the top but never seem to get it right.
3. Product continues to flow out when you are not ready so work on a craft mat. You could cap it each time but it is a screw on so not always convenient. I do not like the larger bottle because the viscosity does not flow down to the tip fast enough for this impatient person. If given a choice of size buy the smaller.
4. Be sure to cap securely if storing tip down.
Does not dry clear so be careful.
Overall a very good product.

I bought this glue on the recommendation of a forum of scrapbbookers that suggested I use this if I was looking to avoid paper warping on my project. Read morePublished 2 months ago by Victoria Fleary
This is what I use sometimes for paper crafting - also good for clothing hems (almost exactly like Fabri-Tac) This was a better price than I get it for in the craft stores.Published 2 months ago by Carol
This is some pretty good stuff. It sets quick and dries clear. However, it does create "spiderwebs" when using, and that can get a little messy. Read morePublished 2 months ago by TJo
