*You may want to waterproof these boots but do not mistake these for snow boots.
I will be wearing these walking around on the cold, Drier days of nyc. :)
This time I'm sending them back for just a refund and off to find better quality boots.
I normally wear a size 7 in shoes. Sometimes I can fit into a 6 or 6.5 depending on the manufacturer/brand. I was debating between ordering a size 7 and 8 since some people said to size up while others said not to since they run true to size. I ended up ordering a size 8 and am soooo glad I did. A size 7 would have been too small. The size 8 fits quite snug when I wear socks with them. It is a perfect fit. There's still some wiggle room in them if I wear them without socks, which I rarely do. The boots are comfortable to wear but not for long periods of time. My old pair of boots were from American Eagle and I could wear them all day and they wouldn't hurt my feet. I wore these Bearpaws to work and after 2 hours of standing, my feet were starting to hurt. Maybe it's because I'm still breaking them in, but they weren't as comfortable as what other reviews claim. Hopefully if I continue to wear them, it will stretch them out more and break them in!
Neitherless, these boots are a great value for the same quality and look as UGGS. I like how Bearpaw also uses rubber for the sole instead of that foam stuff which UGGS and many other companies use. Overall I'm happy with them.
EDIT 03/21/12: After owning them for 4 months, I can now say that they are quite comfy! They do stretch out a bit and my feet stopped hurting in them after wearing them for about 2-3 weeks. They are still intact and in good condition and will probably last another few winters. I'm kind of sad it's getting warmer since I love wearing them daily.

Bearpaw has come a long way from a purchase 3-4 Winters ago... These are Superior, won't fall apart, and I was thankfully surprised as UKALA's are no longer widely available... Read morePublished 1 month ago by SRCASTK
The back of the boot pinches inward. I had to buy thick, heavy duty socks to try and prevent rubbing. It didn't really help and I ended up with nasty blisters.Published 1 month ago by NinaNinja
Mainly got these to wear around the house as my feet get cold, lovely and warm now, but also great as I can go outside in them as well.Published 3 months ago by Caroline
