Refurbished or used ... ? I purchased this as a X-MAS gift . It came in a nice box . It looked good until it was opened .. it smelled really bad .. it was damaged .. and above all it had a extra serving of Ear wax clogged in the ear buds ..
It was gross and embarrassing ..
In the past i bought refurbished items from Apple .. This was not refurbished at all.. more like replace with the sellers old one , while they took the new one
