Between my two teenagers and I, I spend hundreds every year replacing $20-$40 headphones, that typically last about a month or two. These are excellent headphones for the price. My 1st pair lasted almost a year. I wear them almost every day at work (construction) and again every night when gaming.
Great material quality. Compared to other brand earbuds, the aluminium earphones are heavy, which give great sound quality and noise isolation. The cable is durable, though I snagged it and dropped my phone many times, they stayed plugged in and never snapped.
Would've been 5 stars but about two months into owning them the right side seemed to stop working. I say "seemed to" because after I took the screen out, it worked fine again. They were problem free for about 8 months after that.
For me, $35-$40 is a great price for 10 months of steady use.
