They say this tea is good for you in a number of ways (antioxidant, antiviral, antimicrobial, antiinflammatory...). It doesn't taste so great but it is a really pretty blue color. If you add a bunch of lemon juice, it turns purple and tastes better. Am getting used to it without adding anything.

Some suggestions for improvement would be thicker pages and an easier way to tear them out of the book (dotted lines, larger margins, or different binding)? I accidentally tore some designs trying to get them out of the book.
