Easy to use. Great for those who enjoy anal play or simply have constipation. Remember never use tap water as it contains chlorine, stick to bottle water and warm it up a bit before use.

Doesn't hold a lot of water, but you can fill it twice or three times. It works well, but the nozzle tip is kinda sharp for some reason. It hurts where it's inserted... because it's sharp. It doesn't feel that way on your hand, but somehow it's still SHARP when you put it where I assume you're going to put it.

It's really easy to use, been using it for a couple of months now and all douches are hard to fill (I read complains in other reviews) you gotta use the suction to fill it faster! Blow all the air and suck the water in, if you wait for it to get filled by just setting it under the water flow, obviously it's going to take forever... Nice material and no funny smells so far. The tip feels nice and doesn't bother at all, be gentle with your hole people!

Does its job correctly, and isn't uncomfortable. For those of you who complained about having difficulties filling it with water......really? All you need to do is either fill something (like a bowl or your sink) with water, squeeze the bulb, then submerge it in the water, and release so the bulb sucks the water in. I can't believe some of you actually tried filling this thing directly from a faucet, come on people. We were given a brain for a reason.

Seems to be good quality and effective for the intended purpose. The bulb is a bit stiffer than my current Cara bulb - which is good for me because it fills quicker. For someone elderly or with arthritis, that may be a negative. Silicone bulb is nice because you can sanitize it with a mild bleach solution or even boil it if you wish.

The product works well and any issues I have had with it are just a reality of the type of product. One on which is cleaning and filling but it just requires a bit of patience. I find that if one is going to use the product in the first place one likely has the proper level of patience for the amount of work cleaning is.

Easy to use, durable and inconspicuous. Keep in mind that this is 7oz. This was my first time using an enema--in an attempt to ease chronic constipation due to an elongated colon--and, though it is perfect for its intended use, I end up refilling it at least three or four times per session.
