But when he suddenly shows up months later with a story about being injured and losing his memory, she is not sure what to believe. But then it seems he is cleared. But all is not back to normal and suspense, mystery and two people fighting for love bring this journey full circle. I really enjoyed this one!
Garrett Casner loves Becca and wakes up in Yuma, injured and with no memory. He has a locket with a beautiful blonde woman's picture inside, but doesn't remember who she is. When he finally recovers his memory he immediately returns home, only to find his enemy doing everything in his power to keep him and Becca apart. This book has a compelling story line that kept me engaged all the way through. I was so concerned for Garrett and Becca's future. Thankfully it all worked out in the end! Nicely written.
I am voluntarily posting an honest review after reading an Advance Reader Copy of this story.
I received a copy of this book from the author but was not obligated to review it. I wanted to share my thoughts.
I admired the way the villain was written into the story. It really made me dislike him and the way he behaved.
Becca seem to be plagued by migraines especially when things got too hectic for her to handle or when she really disliked what was happening around her. I really felt for her.
I was so happy when Garret was able to clear himself. What happened afterwards was such justice.
All in all, a pleasant, quick read which was quite enjoyable.
I read an Advance Reader Copy (ARC) of the ebook and my voluntary review above is unbiased.
