These noodles are the best. Light, fluffy when cooked, and tasty. Go ahead, order a case, you won't regret it. These do cost more than other brands, but worth the taste.
This is our favorite brand of egg noodles. Was so glad to find them available finally here on Amazon as they were all sold out for awhile and I couldn't get them from my regular distributor.
I ordered a big ol' box of these. I didn't intend to get that many but would have been fine if I loved them. I don't understand the glowing reviews. The taste and texture are okay - nothing spectacular and a weird thing happens with them when cooked to where pieces of the noodle sort of shed and make vermicelli-like pieces all mixed in. Really don't like that at all. I've been giving bags to friends and have finally just about run through them. Won't be ordering again.
These are the best noodles, delicious, light, just like what my Austrian mother cooked when I was growing up. They bring back warm happy memories of food in my mother's kitchen. Noodles were our "potatoes" and I highly, highly recommend these. Safeway has them for 5.99 each, so this is a great bargain. I've made them with just a little butter over them, and have even added some pesto sauce. Great to be able to order a case - thank you Amazon!!
