I cant really blame anyone except myself for this purchase. First off, it LOOKS like its full size in the picture, like almost the size of a sleeping bag. But its NOT. It is the size of a pillow. So i paid $80 for this thing. Next, I tried to return it and it states that it is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. Maybe i am overlooking it but I cant seem to find ANYTHING anywhere on the whole page that says it cannot be returned. I am beyond pissed right now. So now im stuck with this 80$ p.o.s.
Again, MY FAULT.

I've been wanting one of these mats for ages. I was a little surprised when I first unpackaged it as it was smaller than I expected. This brand's full-size mat is about the same size as other brand's foot mats. However, I just place it on my yoga mat and lie down on it and it's still the right size to cover my entire back and shoulders. I love using it and don't find it too sharp. My husband and kids all want to use it, too. The quality seems excellent. I chose this brand as it was one of the best-known and recommended, and had a high ratio of plastic points (better quality, less pain).

I purchased this several years ago and I still speak highly about the product. It's very relaxing and hopefully it helps keep me healthy. However I see in several years the price has doubled. Not sure why it costs so much more now. Shop around, its a great product but you shouldn't have to over pay for it.

This truly does help me to relax! My husband uses it when his back hurts & he swears by it. We also have the pillow, my sis-in-law used it while visiting us one day when she had a terrible headache. After taking medicine that didn't help her, I suggested she try our pillow. After 15 min she was pain free! My father-in-law also loved the "bed". We got him one for Christmas.

It's just a foam mat with plastic spikes but it is wonderfully relaxing.

I bought this and the pillow as a substitute for massage therapy during the pandemic. I tried it for the first time and although it's a bit weird getting on to a cactus mat, once settled it was incredibly relaxing. The spikes are very spiky (I can't comfortably stand on them barefoot quite yet) but don't damage the skin and are very comfortable wearing a t-shirt as recommended to start with. I set a timer for 10mins as I thought I might not manage to stay put but when the timer sounded I didn't want to move.

This is an expensive mat but after reading reviews by others who tried out a pricey mat then bought a cheaper one and were disappointed it is worth it. The mat is well-packaged and comes with a storage bag. It seems well made and the colour (green) is quite restful too.

I'm assuming this works in two ways; firstly the spikes are mildly irritating to the skin which increases blood flow and hence heat (plus the heat absorbed in the plastic spikes and foam) which helps relax muscles; secondly, just lying down and breathing slowly for 10 mins is probably good for anyone to relax a bit.

I am amazed. It is very nice,for a longer back maybe a tad short. I think the manufacturer could create one where i could add my shoulders to fully relieve the pain,as i am not only tall but wide in shoulders too and,for me personally,would make this the best product out there.

Loved that it came packaged in a simple bag and the box overall was small,does not take much space,if you have to store it for a short while.
