OK I bought this honey and is now late June beginning of July and the temperature outside is hot which make me question why this honey is crystallized?? Crystallization is normal on natural, raw pure honey but it normally happens when the weather is cold or the place you storage the honey is cold. This honey came in a box behind a truck and it was delivered yesterday June 29 and the temperature here in CT was 94°F!! It was left on the porch so why didn’t get soft? Why is still mostly crystallized? I want liquid honey to pour not to spoon or scrape. I don’t want to heat the honey to liquify it because I am afraid it will get overheated and damaged. I put the sealed jar on warm water for 30 mins and it did not liquified it. I purchased other honeys from Amazon before, actually I collect different types of honeys and this had never happened. My honey had crystallized on winter before but right on the shelf with rising temperatures it will liquify by itself on the summer. I don’t use one kind of honey so each jar lasts me a long time, enough time for me to make a comparison between honeys at different seasons. I also feel that crystallized honey don’t taste as good as liquid yummy honey.

Wonderful product. Just received my second jar today. Could not ask for a better taste and presentation. The packaging was unbelievable. The jar was packaged in a very stable cardboard box and inside several hard cardboard partitions to keep the jar dead in the center of the box without any possibility of it moving around. Then the jar itself was enclosed in a strong plastic bag just in case. When I opened the box with the first order and saw how it was packaged, I knew it was going to be something special...and it was...and is! Buy it, you will really like it.

I’m pregnant and have COVID-19. Since I can’t take many meds and we can’t go to the store, my husband ordered this honey for me to help with the coughing and for my teas.

It arrived really well packaged, so the glass jars could not not get smashed. Plus, each jar was in a plastic ziplock bag. I’m guessing in case of leaking, which there was none. I was thoroughly pleased.

The taste and consistency is perfect. We will definitely reorder in the future. Highly recommend!

I love how smooth the honey is. I've bought other kinds of honey that was hard to get out of the container and I did not have that problem with this brand. It easily poured into the tablespoon I was using, and easily poured into my cup of tea. I didn't have to use my finger to scoop it off the spoon. I have officially found my forever honey.
