Paper Wasp nest outside my dining room window. Tried Raid, and other "brand name" sprays. Ticked-off wasps and multiple stings later, I was out of spray and still had a good sized nest. Did some research and heard whispers of a product called "Wasp Freeze". Knowing Wasps and Bees dislike cold, this sounded like a possible solution. 15 Hardware stores later, I was frustrated. No one knew what I was asking about, and thought I must be crazy. Can't say I blame them, after asking me what I wanted to freeze wasps for, I told them I was working on a top-secret Cryogenics project for NASA, in an attempt to populate other solar systems with Wasps. That's what they get for asking dumb questions! :) Anyway, I turned as always to Amazon, and there she was. A plain looking (Can you say generic looking?) can of wasp freeze, with glowing reviews. I thought I knew, but now I REALLY know the meaning behind "Opening a can of whoop #&%" (Marketing Department can give me a writing credit there) I waited until sundown, stood 6 Feet away. One shot, at least 40 kills. Instantly dead. No muss, no fuss. The few remaing wasps anywhere near my property avoid me like death incarnate now, and pass along tales of "The night the Nest stood still"

Just buy it already!!!

Edit 9/15/2014:

It appears that it takes about 4 years or so for the mythological/legendary properties of this product to wear off. Either that, or there was some sort of bloodless (We can only hope it was bloodless) coup within the wasp community, and the new dictator of the Wasps had all records of the "Night" purged from the history of his people, in an attempt to show just how powerful and unconquerable the Fascist Wasp nation is; They finally came back.

The fortnight previous had been fitful with activity. The incessant hum of insect industry sounded from beneath my second floor awning. Below I watched helplessly as the hornets grew exponentially in number. I had no ladder or pole that could achieve access to their fortress, and the stream of my garden hose I feared would do little but anger the brood.

Days passed, seeing no other way I inquired with a professional. After mocking me for my fear of tiny critters he recommended the product we speak of. I purchased the concoction post haste!

The elixir arrived in a timely manner from the Amazon and while I was eager to engage in battle I delayed, waited for darkness.

Evening approached and the brood returned to the nest. I estimated their strength to be near two score! Donning the proper attire I prepared for chemical warfare. With weapon in hand and a torch illuminating my target I pressed upon the lid of my artillery and unleashed hell!
A torrential spray sprang from the canister flowing strong and unwavering till it found the mark. It soaked the target and in the blink of an eye the enemy was vanquished! None were spared. Larva and adult fell frozen from their home. Whatever life was not taken by the toxic spray, slipped away through the cracking carapaces that met the hard concrete below.

Triumphant, I celebrated my victory with my cats who had vigilantly kept watch of the enemy the days prior. The next morning we examined the carnage.

TL;DR

Wasp Freeze 36 kills - Wasps 0 (and that's not even a 1/4 of the can!)

When I had a contract with Orkin Exterminators, this was the product they used to kill wasps. It kills instantly and can spray 15 feet away. Totally eliminates the fear of them coming after you!

After having purchased can after can of the other wasp sprays at Lowe's and Home Depot, I still had a significant problem with wasps nesting in my dry stacked stone exterior. They had gotten so bad that they also nested in my exterior lights. I paid one exterminator to come out here each year with a power spray truck, sometimes two and three times a year to treat my house for wasps each time charging over $200. My new exterminator came to the house with a can of this for which he charges $20. I thought this was expensive wasp spray until he treated the biggest nest with it and I didn't see another wasp for weeks. Over the 12 years I have lived in this house I could've saved myself well over $2,000 on having the wasps sprayed each year had I discovered this sooner.

Only thing I've found that kills carpenter bees. It's a townhouse community and their nests are at other houses, so we needed a spray to kill them as they flew around. Works great. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Wasps had set up housekeeping in the casing of the mirror on the driver's side of my vehicle. I was frantic as I am allergic to wasp stings. This product worked exactly as described. The jet it emits is strong enough for use from at least 10-12 feet and it killed on contact with a single spray. What a relief. Thank you for this great product.

I received the bottle of spray promptly from the seller, which was great. I had wasps living in the shutters on my house. One flew out and I litterly unloaded 1/4 of the can right into his face. He/she (it was hard to tell) immediately dropped to the ground. But then to my surprise got back up and flew away up into a tree. I was mystified. This was repeated several times with the same result. To the sprays credit, the wasps eventually never came back, but did it kill them, no.
