A real surprise

I have an extensive collection of Delphi books but I have had a hard time getting started in Delphi. I bought this book and gave it a cursory glance and put it on the shelf. Out of curiosity I took it with me on a recent business trip. Well it finally got me started in Delphi! While the writing is not highly polished or the humor not that humorous, the concepts are explained quite well by the author. I highly recommend this book to get you started in Delphi/Windows programming.
