Now, in a live concert taped in NYC, Ben Bailey shares what he’s learned about life with a humorous look at everything from unemployment to Google birds.

Being a big fan of "Cash Cab," I was eager to see what taxi driver/game show host Ben Bailey would do in a stand-up routine. Bailey doesn't get a lot of moments to shine or to display much depth in his regular television gig, but has always seemed an affable conversationalist and likable personality. His comedy set capitalizes on an unexpected quirkiness and succeeds, in large part, thanks to Bailey's unusually aggressive style of delivery. Some of the material that he employs might not necessarily elicit a laugh from a different comedian--but Bailey's in-your-face demeanor serves his stand-up routine well.

Bailey's topics of humor are rather unexpected and somewhat tame. If you like your comedy blue and bawdy, Bailey may not be your first choice of entertainment. Aside from some language, his set should be appropriate for more sensitive viewers. Playing riffs on his size and relative fame lead to what he calls "accidental ornithology." Indeed, I don't believe that I've ever witnessed a monologue where birds were a recurring motif. But several of the extended sequences reference our feathered friends and other nature of birds. Fans should also appreciated an extended comic sequence about road rage while filming his television series.

Bailey is a funny guy whose presence commands the stage. It isn't the most riotous set I've ever seen, but I appreciated the unusual material and how he tailored situational humor for his preexisting fans. And like I said--for me, it was all about the delivery. His personality really pops! KGHarris, 5/11.

I didn't either.

I also didn't expect that he'd be hilarious.

I was wrong.

Ben Bailey's "Road Rage" is an impressive comedy show. He's not laugh-a-minute, and he's not exactly a "current events" comic - he won't make any Twitter references or political jokes. He can however make the seemingly mundane topic hilarious, such as random searches on Google, a conversation with an Owl, and of course, a traffic jam encountered during the filming of Cash Cab.

I'd compare him to Jim Gaffigan, Brian Regan, Kevin James perhaps - he's relatively clean with only a bit of profanity (not that I'm bothered either way, but some may wish to know this before viewing with children, family, etc.)

Very funny - I highly recommend. And if you don't like it, then I might ask, "Why did you do that silly thing you did?!?!"

He's not just the cash cab guy, he's a fantastic stand up comedian as well. He mixes in some cash cab humor for those fans but plenty of other jokes for everyone else!! If you get a chance, go see him live!

There wasn't word on this DVD. I only knew that it was out cuz my friend caught his special on TV. He told me it was Ben Bailey, & I was immediately excited! From the time I saw him on Comedy Central Presents, I always thought he was hilarious.

I got this last week Thursday, & watched it right away. I'd give this 11/10. It was funny the whole time, but after like 25 minutes or so, it was UNBELIEVABLY funny! My friend told me that he had a headache when he was done watching this, from laughing so much. I completely understand. I can't even describe how funny I found this.

If you're in to Comedy routines like I am, you'll more than likely love this as much as I did.

Ben, the emmy-winning host of the mobile game show "Cash Cab" is very likeable, which is one of the reasons for the success of his show. He's also VERY funny! If quizzing people for money is his day job, his DVD "Road Rage & Accidental Ornithology" shows us his night job as a stand-up comedian, one that he's obviously been honing for many years. It's funny and well-crafted. We also enjoyed the extra features, especially Ben's singing and playing guitar on "Cash Cab Blues".

Ben, don't give up your day job OR your night job! You're too good at both!
