Just bought my second one. I got the first one a year and a half ago (before the Zowie branding, still same model number etc) and have never had any issues. 2 HDMI ports are perfect for running my PS4 and Switch. The picture out of the box isn't fantastic, but once I set the mode to Gaming and tweaked the settings some, it's phenomenal. I'll list my settings below. Running my bose desktop speakers from the audio jack in the monitor sounds amazing. I can't recommend this monitor enough.

Contrast: 50
Color Range: 0-255 (be sure to set your color mode to full on your system/console!)

Very Disappointed

I'm very unimpressed by this monitor, and will be returning it. I saw the reviews regarding color here on Amazon before I bought it and ignored them (thinking that most people are too critical) – but they're right. The color representation on this monitor is just bad, and contrary to what some folks have said, it can only be marginally improved through configuration.

You can tweak the colors using the terrible (and very unresponsive) OSD menu. You'll spend a half-hour pressing the cheap-feeling plastic buttons over and over and become frustrated because the buttons only respond once every second or two – press them any faster and it simply won't matter. All of this time spent, and you'll finally realize that you can't fix it – this monitor isn't about vibrant colors and deep contrast. It's about response time, refresh rate, and being able to see your enemies in shooter games – accomplished by presenting colors that are brighter and washed out. This might make it easier to see into the shadows in your favorite game, but in my opinion it just doesn't cut it. Everything I pull up on this monitor looks poor.

This is probably a minor point for most people, but I have one particular gripe about this monitor that I simply couldn't stomach: volume control. You'll have to dig into the OSD menu every time you want to change the volume if you decide to use the headphone jack on the back of the monitor. It's not easy, either – volume cannot be accessed without at least three or four levels of menus to stumble through. Yuck!

Well worth it, I use this monitor for console as well as for pc gaming. While if you are playing only PC you should probably look for a monitor that isn't for console eSports, however if you do play both, this is a great choice.

What a great improvement on my play. It's almost a cheat to be able to see through smoking gas and flame... I luckily have no dead pixel so far as opposed to other reviews. I agree that the build-in speaker has a poor sound quality and need to be improved for future customers as a premier gaming monitor. Overall, it was a great buy.

I knew this monitor was a good monitor because I used it at a friends house so I ordered one for myself and it came and I loved it for a while and then no less than a week later I got a dead pixel. Ive tried fixing it and nothings worked
