Like most Bender Method videos, this is divided into three levels, each targeting a different group of ab muscles. The first level targets the rectus abdominus, the second level targets the transverse abdominus, and the third level targets the obliques. You can play a single level at a time, or all three in row. Each level is only a few minutes long, with the entire video being 17 minutes in total. In each level you are shown a low-intensity and a high-intensity version of the same exercise. All exercises utilize the Bender Ball (but any soft rubber fitness ball approximately 9" in diameter can be used.) The exercises are very easy to follow, even the first time you try them, and don't require any special skills or pre-existing fitness level. I started out with the high-intensity level of each exercise from the beginning and have always done all three levels of the video in each session. Despite my lack of coordination, I've never struggled with any of the exercises.
