This book will definitely help you, but it may also hurt you if you're not willing to be patient and take it slow at first. If you don't you'll never hit those really high 32nd triplets.
One minor complaint about this book is the binding. It uses standard perfect binding, which prevents it from laying perfectly flat. If you really bend it back, it's fine - but I know that bothers a lot of people when it comes to music books.
Lastly, if you're looking for a book with a lot of commentary about Benny's methods + exercises to help you play like him, choose "Benny Goodman's Clarinet Method" instead. You can find it here on Amazon. This book (the one I'm reviewing) is 99% songs with just one or two pages about Benny Goodman's playing. The Clarinet Method book has roughly 60 pages of exercises, method commentary, and stories before getting into roughly 30-35 pages of songs. Of course, the best solution is to buy both. There is little to no overlap in terms of songs, so you get something different with each one.
