Authors Stan and Jan Berenstain tell the story in fun, easy-to-read rhymes, such as this one: "A dinosaur bone is missing in there! 'Somebody took it!' said Dr. Bear." The rhymes are accompanied by whimsical illustrations that depict such sights as a totem pole, a mummy case, and the "Hall of Famous Bears." Parents and other adults should appreciate the gentle satiric touches. Another fine entry in a great series.

The museum open at noon but a bone is gone
To see what happens, you have to read on!
In this tale, we join the bears as they investigate a missing dinosaur bone from a popular exhibit. The tale is made extra thrilling as the museum is going to open soon and people are lined up outside. What happened to the bone is hilarious and entertaining.

Old story in hardback in all rhyme. Very cute and short sentences for an early reader. I was happy to add this oldie to my collection.Published 9 months ago by Norman W Shaw
Just stupid enough to be entertains to a five year old. At least Father Bear wasn't in this one to be the butt of all the jokes.Published 19 months ago by Evan Pokroy
