It's a great cookbook as only America's Test Kitchen can do but.....the page count is way off!! There are 8 pages from the beginning not accounted for. The page count actually starts on Chapter 1:Appetizers and continues to the end of the book for a total of 320 pages!! Besides being off on page count I'd recommend buying this little treasure. It's definitely worth it. The cookbook is a combination of color and black/white photos. The images are definitely 3D so much so it makes you want to eat the page! I would've given it 5 stars but the page count.

Ok, so what’s not to like with America’s Test Kitchen? I am a cookbook fanatic and these are the best cookbooks out there! Their recipes are all fantastic! They test all recipes in their books repeatedly so that you don’t have a flop with any of their recipes...so, what could be better? The “Best of” series of their cookbooks are the only thing better than their regular ones! They pick out the best so you don’t have to! Trust me, their recipes are fab-u-lous! Take it from a cookbook junkie...if you only want a few cookbooks in your pantry, then these are the ones you want!

You can not go wrong with ANY America's Test Kitchen Books! The recipes are fantastic and easy to follow. The Best Of features some of their best and most loved recipes. I like how it has an explanation as to why the recipe works. The only thing I wish it had more of is pictures, it does have pictures but some are black and white.
